We are looking for reliable, responsible, tidy, clean person who value living in the house, having space, pleasant and harmonious shared-House life, respecting each other, so that focus on studying, working and relaxing will be easier.

The house is well-maintained and clean, and we attach great importance keeping it that way.

Our house is comfortable with its garden, has 5 bedrooms and other rooms ( living-room, kitchen, bathrooms, cellar, laundry etc). The rooms are quiet and bright with much sun with a lovely view on the countryside in Zurich Oberland.

Currently Students from ETH, ZHdK and Uni Zurich live in house. We prefer students.

With 2 separate lavatories and 2 separate showers.Washing machine, tumbler and dishwasher are available. Kitchen is fully equipped.

Bus stop and Supermarket in 1-2 Minutes walking distance.Connections:To Zurich Stadelhofen about 34 Minutes by bus(B 640) and train(S 3).To Winterthur main station about 25 minutes by bus(B 832) and train (S 26).

Room fees include “all” expenses like heating, electricity, water and Swisscom broadband(1 Gbit) internet, privat cleaning of common spaces in every 6 weeks, and taking the recycle waste.Parking space in front of the house can also be rented.

Room is (11 m2) fully furnished and is on the entry floor (garden view).
