As I’m leaving for my year abroad at International Management at ZHAW, I’d love for someone to take over my room from 1st August - 30th June.

The room is 8 square meters, but I never had any problems with it (I’m 1.96m tall). It comes fully furnished with a desk, display, drawers, bed, mattress etc. Basically if you don’t own anything or you don’t want to bring anything with you - this room is optimal for you.

This would best be suited for another student that is looking to move close to the university campus in Winterthur for 2 semesters - whether that’s from abroad or local does not matter much.

The living room has a fully functioning kitchen with an induction stove, a TV with most streaming services, large and comfy leather couch and a spacious balcony to hang out on sunny days.

The bathroom is shared between you and your flatmate. It is also spacious and has one shower, no bath.

The flat is 5 minutes by foot to the library and other university buildings, though I always studied at home.
The train station is 15 minutes by foot and 3 minutes by bus.

Both, the airport as well as Zurich Mainstation are easily within reach between 5-20 minutes by train.

Your flatmate: You would be living with a male, 28 y/o, 2nd year Economic Law student.
He’s easy going, funny, and open minded and keeps going on about the couple of months he spent in Cape Town lol.
