The house is near the ZHAW university around 10 minutes by the train to the bahnhofp. And it is far away 5 minutes walking from the train station. Rent price includes all utilities 850 CHF, in addition to partial electricity cost between 35 to 45 CHF monthly. The age of tenent prefers to be between ( 18 to 35).
