The apartment is located 10 min from the bahnhof, the neighborhood is very quiet and calm and the neighbors are easygoing, we meet time to time for a grill in summer and the atmosphere is peaceful

About us:
Dana 28 and Inae 27 we speak Spanish, portuguese, English and a bit of German. We like to share time to time a meal together, go out or have some activities. We like to feel that this is a home and share about our day, communicating and a very lovely and friendly atmosphere. We work full time so we don't see eachother often but is nice to have someone welcoming you from a long day (that's probably Seth) Dana is from Colombia and spend the free time at the gym, cozy at home or out with friends. Inae is from Spain likes to stay at home and go out with her dog, cook, puzzle and friends.

You: someone that appreciate a warm place and open to be part of our little family. We looking mainly a woman between 25 and 35 years old, someone clean and calm but also chill and flexible that won't mind having a puzzle doing on the dinner table, some music around or having time to time people over for a meal. We appreciate if we can speak our language at home Spanish but also we both speak good English so it won't be a problem.
