About Us

We’re two easy-going and uncomplicated guys in our twenties who enjoy living in a friendly and respectful shared flat. We appreciate good conversations and hanging out together. Open communication, mutual respect, and a clean living environment are really important to us. Therefore, we have a weekly cleaning schedule to keep the apartment nice and tidy. In addition, there’s a few building chores that must be done occasionally.

What We Are Looking For

Chris is subletting his room until the end of this year. We’re looking for an open-minded, sociable young person between 23 and 28. You should enjoy spending time together every now and then, whether that’s cooking, having friends over, or just chilling in the living room. A sense of cleanliness and responsibility is important too! Good communication and a positive attitude are a big plus.

Additional Description of the Apartment

The available room is 14 m² with two windows (one large and one small). You’ll have a cabinet with a mirror, a comfortable 160 cm bed, and a practical desk with plenty of storage space. The walls are white and cozy, and the heating keeps it warm in winter. You’ll share a fully equipped kitchen (no dishwasher and no microwave), bathroom, bright living room and laundry room.

Wir sind zwei unkomplizierte und entspannte Jungs in unseren Zwanzigern, die in einer freundlichen und respektvollen WG wohnen. Wir schätzen gute Gespräche und gemeinsame Abende. Offene Kommunikation, gegenseitiger Respekt und ein sauberes Wohnumfeld sind uns sehr wichtig. Deshalb haben wir einen wöchentlichen Putzplan, um die Wohnung ordentlich zu halten. Zusätzlich gibt es ein paar Hausarbeiten, die gelegentlich erledigt werden müssen.

Wen wir suchen

Chris untervermietet sein Zimmer bis Ende dieses Jahres. Wir suchen eine aufgeschlossene, gesellige junge Person zwischen 23 und 28 Jahren. Du solltest es mögen, ab und zu gemeinsam Zeit zu verbringen, sei es beim Kochen, mit Freunden oder beim entspannten Chillen im Wohnzimmer. Ein Sinn für Sauberkeit und Verantwortungsbewusstsein ist uns ebenfalls wichtig! Gute Kommunikation und eine positive Einstellung sind ein grosses Plus.

Zusätzliche Beschreibung der Wohnung

Das freie Zimmer ist 14 m² gross und hat zwei Fenster (ein grosses und ein kleines). Du wirst einen Schrank mit Spiegel, ein bequemes 160 cm breites Bett und einen praktischen Schreibtisch mit viel Stauraum haben. Die Wände sind weiss, und die Heizung sorgt dafür, dass es im Winter schön warm bleibt. Du wirst dir eine voll ausgestattete Küche (ohne Spülmaschine und Mikrowelle), ein Badezimmer, ein helles Wohnzimmer und einen Wäscheraum teilen.
