Hallo zusammen,
vermietet wird ein helles, möbliertes WG-Zimmer in Kloten nahe des Flughafens ab dem 04.08.
Das Zimmer bietet ein Doppelbett mit Nachttisch, sowie einen offenen Kleiderschrank.
Ebenfalls gibt es einen Parkplatz, eine große Dachterasse sowie ein Kellerabteil.
Die Wohnung wird sich mit 3 anderen Mitbewohner*innen geteilt, die alle in der Aviatik tätig sind.
Bushaltestelle, Bahnhof und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind fußläufig in wenigen Minuten zu erreichen. Der Bus fährt innerhalb von 10 Minuten zum Flughafen.
Des Weiteren gibt es einen Trockner sowie eine Waschmaschine in der Wohnung zur gemeinsamen Benutzung.
Idealerweise wird eine Person gesucht, die sauber ist, rücksichtsvoll ist sowie ebenfalls in der Aviatik tätig ist.
Ein Einzug ist ab dem 04.08.2025 möglich, nach Absprache auch eventuell schon früher.

A bright, furnished room for rent in a shared flat in Kloten near the airport from 03.08.
The room has a double bed with bedside table and an open closet.
There is also a parking space, a large roof terrace and a cellar compartment.
The apartment is shared with 3 other flatmates, all of whom work in aviation.
The bus stop, train station and shops are just a few minutes walk away. The bus takes you to the airport within 10 minutes.
There is also a dryer and a washing machine in the apartment for shared use.
Ideally, we are looking for a person who is clean, considerate and also works in aviation.
Moving in is possible from 03.08.2025, possibly earlier by arrangement.
