Hello. We have a cozy 12m3 furnished room in an apartment available for sublet. The area is located in Opfikon and comes with shelf, wardrobe, desk, chair and bed. The apartment is with 3 rooms (2 others taken by roommates), 1 shared kitchen and bathroom. Located close by 3 major train hotspots: Opfikon/Glattbrugg, 6 minutes by bus to the airport and 10 minutes by bus to Oerlikon station - convenient and flexible for commuting options!
Close to the place there are all supermarkets available, gyms (close by Oerlikon) and open parks offer plenty of convenience as well. The apartment has fast broadband, washing machine, laundry machine in the basement with tumble dryer and even a drying room. All bills included in the subletting total. You will be living with two other friendly quiet housemates - languages mainly include English, German and Italian. Area is generally quiet but given the close distance to the airport - some aircraft noise is expected but the room insulates the sounds well.
