Due to our flatmate moving out, we are looking for a subtenant to take over his room. It's a big ~15m^2 room.

You will be sharing the flat with:
J (28m): works as research engineer and enjoys spending the free time doing sports (swimming, running, cycling, skiing, gym, ...).

N (25m): works as flight attendant at Swiss, so he is often away for work. While here, he goes for long gym & sauna sessions :D

Who we look for:
\- someone social, who enjoys having a chat while making dinner, and likes having the occasional dinner/bbq together
\- someone who has decent cleanliness standards. We do not have a cleaning schedule, and we operate on the principle that if you see something dirty or something that needs to be done, you just do it. This has been working very well, so that is something we value greatly.

For the room furniture, our outgoing flatmate Patrick would like to sell it, so you would have to discuss with him for the price (~700 CHF)
