I am looking for someone to share my apartment in Egg b. Zürich.

I live alone now and I have a spare room to rent. I am a 31 year old Italian, I would like to share with someone my age or so 25/35yo. I don't speak good German but Italian and English.

The apartment is not very new but it has everything you need. There are two bedrooms, bathroom, living room, kitchen and balcony. Washing machine is free to use in the basement and there is a little storing cellar. The room is for one person only. The rent is 900CHF all inclusive. If available, the parking lot is 60 CHF in front of the apartment.
