Ich vermiete mein vollmöbeliertes WG-Zimmer am Milchbuck. Das Zimmer ist für drei Monate - vom Anfang/Mitte Oktober bis Anfang/Mitte Januar 2026.

Wir such für diesen Zeitraum eine offene, nette, und ordentliche Person ab ungefähr 25 Jahren. (Bonus: du hast einen grünen Daumen und erfreust dich an meinen Pflanzen so sehr wie ich!). Wenn dich die Anzeige anspricht, schreib uns gerne etwas über dich und wir würden uns über ein kurzes Kennenlernen freuen! (am liebsten in Person, sonst per Videoanruf)

Anne (32) und ich leben in keiner Zweck-WG sondern sind gut befreundet und verbringen gerne mal Zeit miteinander. Dies soll natürlich nicht heissen, dass gemeinsames Kochen oder so auf der Tagesordnung steht, aber ein freundliches Miteinander ist erwünscht. Anne ist eine tolle Mitbewohnerin - unkompliziert, hilfsbereit und lässt sich sowohl für Joggen als auch Bierchen leicht begeistern.

Das vollmöbelierte Zimmer ist ungefähr 16 m² gross, ist sehr hell und hat einen Balkon mit ein paar Pflänzchen. Die Wohnung hat eine Küche, Badezimmer, Toilette und einen (etwas grossen) Eingangsbereich, den wir mit einer Couch ausgestattet zu eine Art Wohnzimmer gemacht haben. Die Wohnung liegt im dritten Stock (kein Aufzug) und hat einen (bereits recht vollen) Estrich dabei. Waschmaschine und Trockner sind im Keller.

Die Tram-Haltestelle Guggach-Strasse liegt direkt vor der Tür. Im selben Häuserblock liegt ein Coop, sowie ein tolles Kaffee - zu Fuss sind viele Imbisse und Restaurants erreichbar. In fünf Minuten ist der Irchelpark für gemütliche Spaziergänge entfernt.

I’m renting out my fully furnished room in a shared flat at Milchbuck. The room is available for three months — from early/mid-October to early/mid-January 2026.
We’re looking for an open-minded, friendly, and tidy person aged around 25+ for this period. (Bonus: you have a green thumb and enjoy my plants as much as I do!) If this ad speaks to you, feel free to send us a few lines about yourself — we’d be happy to arrange a short meet-up (preferably in person, otherwise via video call).
Anne (32) and I don’t run a purely functional flatshare; we’re good friends and like spending time together. This doesn’t mean that cooking together has to be on the agenda, but a friendly atmosphere is important. Anne is a great roommate — easy-going, helpful, and easily persuaded to go for a jog or grab a beer.
The fully furnished room is about 16 m², very bright, and has a balcony with a few plants. The apartment has a kitchen, bathroom, separate toilet, and a rather large entrance area that we’ve furnished with a couch to make it a kind of living room. The flat is on the third floor (no elevator) and includes attic storage (already quite full). Washing machine and dryer are in the basement.
The Guggach-Strasse tram stop is right outside the door. In the same block there’s a Coop and a great café; many takeaways and restaurants are within walking distance. Irchelpark is five minutes away for relaxed strolls.
