, for upt to 1 year (negotiable). The room is fully furnished as shown in the pictures. It includes a bed (can open to fit two people), a desk + chair, big open wardrobe, bookshelf, and carpets.

The house is located in the Wiedikon area, close to Goldbrunnenplatz, Aldi, Denner, Migros (+Activ Fitness) and Coop are within 5-minute walk from the house. The neighborhood is quiet and super close to Lochergut with a lot of restaurants and bars in the area. Tram 9 and 14 pass 3min walk from home, tram 2 and 3 are around 12min away. Price 1250ChF per month (including bills). Kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher and there is a shared washing machine and tumbler in the basement to use free of charge (reservation required).
