I'm renting out one of the two bedrooms in my apartment for either short or longer periods.

The location is very convenient - the SZU (S10) Triemli stop is a 5 minute walk from the apartment and the train is 10 minutes to Zurich HB. The apartment is right next to trails that go up Uetliberg and is very quiet.

Parking is available for an additional amount (I believe 50fr/month and we'd need to arrange it with the agency, otherwise blue parking is available).
