A furnished room will be available in a shared flat in Witikon from
1 January 2026 to 31 July 2026
(no possibility of extension due to the building being renovated). The monthly rent is
CHF 860
, including all utilities. A deposit of
two months rent
is required.

The room (13m2) is bright, clean, and comes furnished with:

* Bed frame and mattress
* Desk, chair, and lamp
* Shelving unit and clothes hangers

There are two other flatmates who you will share the kitchen, bathroom, and dining area with. The atmosphere in the flat is quiet and respectful, ideal as a hybrid work or study environment.

The building has laundry facilities (which are free to use), a storage area for bikes and additional storage space for each apartment. There is a bus stop with connections to ETH and Zurich Main Station (HB) across the street from the building (1-min walk).

I am looking for a clean, non-smoking, and tidy person, who is either employed or a student to take over the room.
