!the room is NOT furnished!

Hi everyone

I offer a beautiful and bright unfurnished room in a very nice appartement with floor heating in a quiet area near Zurich center.

The appartment is actually even nicer in reality than on the photos ☺️

The Appartement is about 20 minutes away from Zurich HB and ETH.

I am 37, very social and active. What I’m looking for in a flatmate: cleaneliness, respect / trusteorthiness and some social life (watching movie together, every now and then cooking together or sth).

I’d prefer women or if man than only if you are really clean (if not, we will have problems and nobody of us wants this). Please only people older than 30.
