The apartment is modern, well-kept and offers a high standard of living, currently occupied by 2 very friendly housemates, Leo and Javi.

The room includes a shared bathroom with one of the flatmates.
The kitchen is equipped – there is an oven, stove, fridge, freezer, microwave, coffee machine, dishwasher and more.

The kitchen is open towards the spacious living room. There you find a dining table, sofa and well as other furniture.

There is a small storage room with a washing machine and a dryer only for this apartment. Additionally, there is a large storage space in the basement and there is the possibility of renting a private parking space. The apartment is on the 3rd floor and there is an elevator.

The apartment is centrally located between Oerlikon and Seebach. There are multiple options for public transport. In the building next to us there is a Migros Supermarket with a pharmacy, kiosk, and a flower corner. Above that is a gym. Nearby you can find hairdressers, further pharmacies, a postal office with Postomat, a Valiant Bank with Bancomat (ATM), a Denner Supermarket, Coop Pronto Supermarket, and further kiosk – all within 2-4min of walking.

The public transport is very well connected. The Tram station “Zürich, Seebacherplatz” is 2min away from us. From there you can take the Tram Nr. 14 to Oerlikon (2min) or Zürich Main station (ca. 20min). Instead of the Tram you can also take the Bus 768 in the same direction – so you have very regular some transport in that direction. In Oerlikon you have access to trains in various directions as well as to the Main station (short cut). If you leave our house in the other direction, you are at Zurich Airport in 19min with Bus 768. Additionally, the train station Seebach is located about 300m from our house. Overall, you reach Zurich main station within ca. 15-20min.

The atmosphere in the shared flat is relaxed, fun, uncomplicated and respectful. Since all flat mates are working, there is the usual daily rhythm where also everyone can find their own space and privacy.
