We are Elvira (30) and Matteo (27), and we’re looking for a new flatmate to join our home starting May 1st.

About us:
We both work in IT and enjoy a social, relaxed atmosphere. Our schedules are a bit of a mix (I’m a morning person, while Matteo is more of a night owl) but we are both very quiet and respectful of each other's space when we’re at home. We’re easy-going and enjoy a chat, but we also appreciate our downtime.

The Location:
The apartment is perfectly located just a short walk from Schwamendingenplatz. Everything you need is right there: Coop, Migros, and Denner are all close by. It’s also very well connected; you can reach the city center by tram in just 20 minutes.

About you:
We are looking for a professional who is clean, respectful, and easy-going. Since we both work, we’ve found our dynamic works best with fellow working professionals, so we aren’t looking for students at this time.
