The room is spacious and bright, with access to a balcony that is shared with the adjacent room. The flat has 3 rooms in total, and you would be living with 2 other tenants.
I am moving out on 29 March and am looking for someone to take over my room for two months. Please note that the flat is currently undergoing reconstruction and must be completely emptied by 31 May.
The room will be unfurnished, as I will be taking the bookcase, bed, and hanger with me. However, the room has a built-in closet for storage. I can also sell an air mattress if needed.
The kitchen is fully equipped with essential utensils such as pots, pans, and knives, and also includes a microwave and a rice cooker.
Please keep in mind that by 31 May, the flat must be entirely empty. This means there should be no furniture left in the rooms and no items remaining in the kitchen.
(IMPORTANT) I am looking for a tenant who is willing to take over the flat for the whole two months and will leave the flat clean on 31st May. Being a student (master's, PhD etc) is a requirement.
