Location
: Next to Glattwiesen tram stop, with tram lines 7 and 9 nearby. Convenient access to supermarkets including Coop, Migros, Denner, and Lidl. Within 30 minutes to UZH/ETH main campuses and 10 minutes to the Irchel campus (Milchbuck stop).

Rental Period:
Mid-July 2024 to September 30, 2024.

Roommate
: one roommate, female, student.

Price:
790 CHF per month, excluding WiFi. Priority given to those willing to take over the furniture (negotiable).

Acceptance Criteria
:
1\. Age: Between 16 and 28 years old (until one day before the 29th birthday).
2\. Income: Maximum gross annual income of 30,000 Swiss francs.
3\. Living Status: Must be in education (study, apprenticeship, internship) and independently managing everyday life.
4\. End of Rental: The apartment must be handed back to JUWO on September 30, with all furniture removed and the apartment thoroughly cleaned.
