Description

Unfurnished
,
10.5 square meters (2.2 x 4.75 m) room in a comfortable 3 people shared flat in Schwamendingen. The flat is on the third floor and includes a shared kitchen (fully equipped, with a dishwasher and even a washing machine), a living room not yet fully invaded by plants, and a balcony with view on the Zurichberg. A small basement and access to a bike garage are also available. Utility costs (electricity, heating and water) as well as internet are included in the rent. The room is available from the 15th of April, with some flexibility if needed.

The neighbourhood is calm and well connected by public transports (tram lines 7 and 9, within walking distance of Stettbach Bahnhof). The city centre and the campuses of ETH Zentrum and Hönggerberg can all be reached in about 30 minutes, Irchel and Oerlikon in about 20 minutes. Several shops are nearby, including a Coop, and Denner in 5-minute walk and Migros and Lidl 15 minutes away.

You would share the flat with Joaquim (25) and Andrea (23). Joaquim comes from Western Switzerland; he just finished his master in microbiology at ETH and will soon start a PhD. When he is not filling all ecological niches of the flat with more plants, he likes reading, hiking and playing board games.
Andrea is Italian and is doing a master in physics at ETH. In his free time, he likes to cook and look at TV series. He would also like to do more sports, but he still has to work on that.

We look for a nice flatmate to complete our comfortable and quiet WG. You should be able to communicate in English and to follow a cleaning schedule.
This is neither a WOKO, nor a JUWO flat, so fulfilling their criteria is not necessary. Fellow students are of course welcome!
