We’re looking for a clean, considerate, and easy-going person to join our cozy shared flat. The available room is bright, spacious, and fully furnished—ideal for students or young professionals.

The Room

The room is approximately 25 m² and comes fully furnished with a bed, sofa, wardrobe, and desk. It also has access to a private balcony.
The kitchen, bathroom, and other common areas are shared between three flatmates. A cleaning lady comes once a week to tidy the shared spaces.
A washing machine and tumble dryer are available in the basement and are shared by the whole building.

Please note: the flat will undergo renovation starting in September 2026, so the tenancy can only be extended until the end of August 2026.


Location

The flat is in a well-connected area near the Neuaffoltern bus station, allowing for an easy commute:

* 10 minutes to ETH Hönggerberg
* 10 minutes to Oerlikon Bahnhof
* 10 minutes to Affoltern Bahnhof

Several supermarkets are just a few minutes’ walk away.

About Us

I’m Lorenzo, and I will be leaving the flat in December. I’m looking for someone to take over my tenancy starting in January 2026.
Your future flatmates, Anxhelo and Dragoljub, are both young professionals who enjoy a friendly chat when the opportunity arises but are usually out for most of the day due to work.
