You would be sharing the apartment with one roommate (31 yr old male from Germany) who works in IT.

The room you would be staying in is already furnished. We would optimally need to agree upon a price to buy this furniture from me.

5 min walk to Oerlikon train station with all shops (open up to 12pm). Well connected from there:
\- 5 min to HB,

\- 6 min to Airport.

Monthly rent (exclusive utilities):
CHF 1339 (utilities approximate estimate: 30 ChF/month)
