Super convenient. It’s just a 5-minute walk to the Waldgarten tram stop, and Oerlikon is a quick 3-minute bus ride away. The Coop is also just 5 minutes away on foot. Uni Irchel is 20min by foot


About Us

You'll be sharing the house with 5 of us (ages 29 to 37), a great mix of students and working professionals. We’re a super international bunch from Italy, Switzerland, Lithuania, and the USA! We’re a really relaxed flat. We all have our own lives and hobbies going on, but we love a spontaneous evening or grabbing a drink together. Since a lot of us spend our weekends skiing or climbing in the mountains, the house is rarely full, so if you're more of a city person, you'll often have the place to yourself! When we are around, we enjoy occasional shared dinners and, most importantly, lots of BBQs in the garden during the summer. We also highly respect each other's privacy and closed doors. Since it's a big house, we use a system of fixed roles for cleaning and chores—you can just pick your favorite task and stick with it!


About You:

We are looking for someone over 25.Our WG is entering a new era! Our current main tenant is moving out in November, so we are specifically looking for someone who would be down to take over the Main Tenant contract when they leave.
