* Room size: 18 m^2, furnished with a bed, wardrobe, desk, chair, etc.
* The flat is fully furnished, with a cosy living room, a nice kitchen, and a large TV for downtime.
* Utilities (heating, water, internet and washing machine) are included.
* Location: Directly next to Salersteig tram stop – just 15 minutes to the city center by tram. Supermarkets and restaurants are within walking distance. No parking space.
* Duration: the rental duration is 2 months. Extension possible.
* Important to note: The flat is on the 5th floor, and there’s no lift or dishwasher.
About me and the vibe:
I’m an easygoing engineer working on a PhD in robotics at ETH. I prefer a quiet home, but I’m always happy to share a beer, have a chat, or enjoy a chill apero with 2-3 friends.
