Room with private WC Available in a nice and bright 3 bedroom flat, 2 minutes from Bad Allenmoos tram stop and 8 minutes from Oerlikon Bahnhof. The room is on its own floor and comes furnished(TV & TV cabinet not included). The couch outside the room can also be turned into a bed. The flat has a rooftop terrace, a balcony, a spacious kitchen, a small storage space and in-flat laundry and drier.
You will be living with Pascal(24) ETH engineering student and Jannick(36) UZH PHD student. We are all students in the flat and the environment is friendly and laid back. We are looking for someone easy going and relaxed who can fit in, student or not.

Rent is Fr1080 and it does NOT include internet & electricity(about Fr25 per month). Deposit is Fr1300 and it is possible for the room to be sublet from early October and then transition into a normal contract.

The washing machine and drier will be in your private bathroom, so you will have to let Pascal and Jannick in every now and then to do their laundry. I know it's a bit unusual but it hasn't been a problem. On the upside you can do laundry whenever you want, even late in the evenings.
