One furnished room for rent, price is 1.100 CHF per month including utilities (heating, electricity, WiFi).

The apartment is within a 3 min walk to Oerlikon train station as well to several supermarkets and restaurants.

The room is around 12 m2 and is furnished with a bed (140cm), armchair and bookcase, desk with chair, clothes rack and shelving unit. Everything newly purchased. You would have the guest bathroom for your own private use (toilet & sink) and the shower would be shared in the large bathroom. Common spaces: two balconies, kitchen and living room. There is also a washer and cellar in the basement.

Flat is to be shared with me and my girflriend but we travel for work quite frequently so most of the time you will have the apartment for yourself. When we are in town we usually like to stay at home and have a beer/wine while eating and watching TV in the couch.

We just moved to Zurich so our German at the moment is non-existent :( but we can speak English, Spanish and a bit of Italian and Portuguese. We are looking for a clean and organized but easygoing person (preferably female). If you are interested in the room for this period send me a message about yourself!
