Short-term sublet in Zurich (Apr-Jun 2026)

Hey everyone!
A room in our shared townhouse will be available from April 7th to June 30th, 2026.

The rent is 500 CHF per month, utilities (water, electricity, heating) included.
There will be a furniture takeover fee (to be discussed).

Please note: this room is only available for female and for the specified short-term period.

The house is a WFS townhouse in 8050 Zurich (Dreispitz area). It has two floors, four bedrooms, one kitchen and one bathroom, as well as a garden and a basement. The available room is a 10.8 m² bedroom on the ground floor.
The basement is equipped with a washing machine. The kitchen has a fridge, oven, and basic cookware.
The room comes furnished with a mattress, desk, wardrobe, mirror, a small storage shelf, and a standing fan.

Location & transport:
– Around 12 minutes to Oerlikon campus
– About 25 minutes to Irchel campus
– Within 30 minutes to ETH / UZH main campus

Shops & surroundings:
– One bus stop away from Coop
– Within one tram stop: Coop, Denner, Migros, ethnic supermarkets, pharmacy, and post office
– About 10 minutes by bus to Bahnhof Oerlikon
– Nearby Nihao Asian supermarket, Lidl, Denner, Migros, Coop, McDonald’s, etc.

Requirements:
– Females only (The current roommates are Master’s and PhD students at UZH and ETH. They are female students with a Chinese background, friendly, respectful, and easy to get along with. The shared living environment is generally calm and cooperative.)
– Clean and respectful of shared spaces
– Generally quiet lifestyle; please note that sound insulation is limited, so some noise is expected
– Preferably keep quiet after 11 p.m.
– Weekly shared cleaning rotation

Please note that address registration is not possible.
The house is scheduled for demolition after the rental period (June 30th) ; there is a small chance of extension, but this cannot be guaranteed.
