We are Chiara (34, Milano) & Julie (31, Lausanne) and are looking for a new female flatmate (30+) for our duplex apartment in Oerlikon.

We are looking for someone who is independent, already working in the professional world and who can stay rather long term.

Cleanliness and tidiness are important for us so we would like to find someone that values that too.

A big plus if you enjoy spending an evening with a good glass of wine, watching a movie or playing sports !

The apartment is a 12 min walk from the Oerlikon train station, 5 minutes by train to Zurich HB.
Tram 10-14 (Salersteig), 7-9 (Waldgarten) and Bus 75 are just a few steps away.
Coop, Denner, Migros, Aldi, Lidl, Fitness and Post Office are also nearby.

The big room (25 m2) is available from January 1, 2026. It’s on the top floor of the apartment and has its own private bathroom. The room is unfurnished apart from a sofa bed. We are looking for someone that would be taking over this furniture at a good price but we are open to discussion. The apartment also has its own washing machine and a dryer.
