I am subletting my nicely furnished room from 01.06 till 13.09 as I will be away for an internship in Frankfurt this summer.

I would also be interested in an exchange with a shared room/flat in Frankfurt. Bonus if you can offer me that.

The room is fully furnished consisting of: Bed 140cm with bedside table, closet, clothes rack, large shelf, small shelf and large desk & additional inventory: mirror, clothes horse and laundry basket.

The living room is very large and is equipped with a projector for cozy movie nights. The kitchen with a replaced oven invites you to cook at any time. Our balcony has a nice view especially in the evening at sunset you can enjoy a beer there in summer.

You would share the flat with my 4 other flatmates. They are all very nice and easy to get along with. You would share 2 bathrooms, each with a shower. It has a bicycle cellar and laundry room.

The connection is perfect as the Oerlikon train station is only 5 minutes away and you can get to the airport and Zurich main station by S-Bahn in under 10 minutes. If you want to go to the Höngerberg it is also only 10 minutes by bus.

There are many shopping facilities every chain (Coop, Migros, Aldi, Lidl, Denner etc.) you can find in Switzerland within a radius of a few 100m.

The apartment is also ideally connected to UZH Campus Irchel, ETH & UZH Campus Zentrum and ETH Campus Höngerberg. Many well-known companies are located right next to the shared flat: pwc, Hitachi etc.

ich vermiete mein schön eingerichtetes Zimmer von 01.06 bis 13.09 unter, da ich selbst im Sommer für ein Praktikum in Frankfurt weg bin. (Ich wäre auch an einem Tausch mit einem WG Zimmer/Wohnung in Frankfurt interessiert.)

Da Zimmer ist voll möbliert bestehend aus: Bett 140cm mit Nachtisch, Kleiderschrank, Kleiderständer, großes Regal, kleines Regal und großem Schreibtisch & zusätzliches Inventar: Spiegel, Wäscheständer und Wäschekorb.

Das Wohnzimmer ist sehr groß und ist mit einem Beamer für gemütliche Filmabende ausgestattet. Die Küche mit einem ausgetauschten Backofen lädt jederzeit zum kochen ein. Unser Balkon hat eine schöne Aussicht vor allem abends beim Sonnenuntergang kann man im Sommer sich da mal ein Bierchen gönnen.

Du würdest die Wg mit meinen 4 weiteren WG Mitbewohner teilen. Sie sind alle sehr nett und einfach umzugehen. Ihr teilt euch dann 2 Badezimmer die jeweils eine Dusche haben. Es hat einen Fahrradkeller und Wäscheraum.

Die Anbindung ist perfekt da der Oerlikon Bahnhof nur 5 Minuten entfernt ist und du zum Flughafen und zum Zürich HB mit der S-Bahn in Untern 10 Minuten da bist. Falls du auf dem Höngerberg möchtest dauert dies ebenfalls nur 10 Minuten mit dem Bus.

Es gibt viele Einkaufsmöglichkeiten jede Kette (Coop, Migros, Aldi, Lidl, Denner etc.) die es in der Schweiz gibt ist im Umkreis von einigen 100m zu erreichen.

Die Wohnung ist auch ideal an UZH Campus Irchel, ETH & UZH Campus Zentrum und ETH Campus Höngerberg angebunden. Viele namhafte Unternehmen befinden sich direkt neben der WG pwc, Hitachi etc.
