Our flatmate is moving out of our 4ppl WG in Höngg and we are looking for someone to take over her room (including some furniture) until December 2025

Start date 21.12.24 and rent is ~700 incl nebenkosten.

🏝️ The whole flat is spacious with a balcony. We are in a calm area, three minutes away from Werdinsel and 5 from a nice coop.

🚋 The bus 80 and 304 and the tram 13 are right outside.

🧑‍🧑‍🧒‍🧒 You will live with 3 flatmates (incl a couple): Tuuli f-28yo from Finland, Anisha f-28yo from USA and Marie f-26yo from Switzerland. We are a PhD student, a master student and a software engineer. The house does not have many rules, we share our food (mostly vegetarian/vegan) and enjoy drinking a beer together on the balcony from time to time.

🐈 pets allowed and WANTED (we will likely get a WG cat in January)

🧼 the washing machine + dryer is shared in the building but free hehe – no need to hoard random coins!

🧹 we do not have a fixed cleaning schedule, since we're all adults we all do our part; also if you have OCD this flat is not for you.. we like it clean but there's a fair share of clutter around

♟️Tuuli is the only one that knows how to play chess but we love to play other games together somewhat competitively – board games or video games.
