Zwischenmiete 22. Sept - 29. Okt. WG-Zimmer frei


(Zürich-Höngg, direkt an der Werdinsel)


Ich bin für etwas mehr als einen Monat auf Reisen und vermiete in dieser Zeit mein gemütliches WG-Zimmer (ca. 18 m²) in einer entspannten 3er-WG.


Miete: 1320 CHF / Monat (1672 CHF für den gesamten Zeitraum
)
(incl. sämtlicher Betriebs- und Nebenkosten: Strom, Wasser, Internet, Reinigungsgebühr für die Gemeinschaftsräume)

Das Zimmer ist voll möbliert (Bett, Kommode, Kleiderstange, Regal) und bietet ausreichend Stauraum: Auf der Kleiderstange und im Regal darunter mache ich Platz für dich, und auch auf der Kommode steht dir zusätzlicher Platz zur Verfügung. Ein höhenverstellbarer Tisch fürs Homeoffice ist ebenfalls vorhanden.
Bettwäsche und Handtücher bitte selbst mitbringen. Wenn du magst, kannst du während meiner Abwesenheit gerne auch mein Stadtvelo nutzen.
Es wäre super, wenn du ein Auge auf meine Zimmerpflanzen werfen könntest – sie sind pflegeleicht und freuen sich über ein bisschen Wasser :)

Zur WG:
Wir sind eine freundliche, respektvolle 3er-WG. Manchmal kochen wir gemeinsam oder schauen einen Film – alles kann, nichts muss.
Alle zwei Wochen kommt Nubia vorbei und reinigt die Gemeinschaftsräume – so bleibt alles angenehm sauber. Ein achtsamer Umgang mit dem gemeinsamen Zuhause ist uns wichtig.
Deine Mitbewohner:
– Lothar (32) – spricht Deutsch, Englisch, Italienisch
– Dragosh (32) – spricht Englisch und etwas Deutsch
Wir pflegen einen lockeren, unkomplizierten, respektvollen Umgang miteinander.

Die Lage ist wirklich top: Direkt an der Werdinsel – perfekt für einen Sprung in den Fluss oder entspannte Zeit in der Natur.

Sublet: Sept 22 – Oct 29. Furnished Room in Shared Apartment (Zurich-Höngg, Right by the Werdinsel)

I’ll be traveling for a little over a month and am subletting my cozy room (approx. 18 m²) in a relaxed 3-person flatshare – located right by the Werdinsel.

Dates:
September 22 to October 29

Rent:
1320 CHF / month (1672 CHF for the entire period)
(including all utilities and additional costs: electricity, water, internet, cleaning fee for shared areas)
The room is fully furnished (bed, chest of drawers, clothes rack, shelf) and offers plenty of storage space: I’ll make room for you on the rack and shelf, and you’ll also have space in the chest of drawers. There’s also a height-adjustable desk – great for working from home.
Please bring your own bed linen and towels. If you like, you’re welcome to use my city bike while I’m away.
It would be great if you could also look after my houseplants – they’re low-maintenance and just need a bit of water now and then :)

About the flatshare:

We’re a friendly and respectful 3-person WG. Sometimes we cook together or watch a movie – totally optional.
Every two weeks, Nubia comes by to clean the shared areas, so everything stays nicely tidy. We care about treating our shared space with respect.
Your flatmates:

We keep things easy-going, respectful, and uncomplicated.
The location is really top: Right next to the Werdinsel – perfect for a dip in the river or some relaxed time in nature.
