The room is one bedroom (14 m2) in a spacious 4.5 apartment. It is furnished with one double bed, one desk, a chair and some drawers. The gross rent is 798 CHF/month. The cost of the furniture (which includes also the shared furniture) is 540 CHF. Internet (about 20 CHF/month) and electricity are not included. We have a fully furnished kitchen (with a dishwasher, yay!), a spacious living room (with 2 sofas) and a big balcony, which are both facing east, so we get lots of sun during the day. The bathroom and toilet are separate. The flat is in a peaceful area of Zurich. It's less than 10 minutes walking from ETH Hoenggerberg, so it's ideal for students. It's also less than 20 minutes from the main station by public transport.

You would be sharing the flat with David (33, French-speaking Swiss) and Phill (36, German-French-English-speaking Kiwi) are looking for a new flatmate, as I will be moving out at the end of the month. Both of us are easygoing guys. Phil does a lot of running and loves drinking coffee. David is vegan and goes running maybe once a quarter ;). Both of them are working. We try to meet up from time to time for a drink or occasional board game night.
