The apartment is very well located: 5 minutes from bus 80 (towards ETH Hönggerberg) and 15 minutes walking from Altstetten train station, which makes it very convenient to reach the city center or ETH.

The room is furnished with a bed, a desk, and a large wardrobe with a mirror. It is bright and pleasant to live in.

The apartment is fully equipped. The kitchen is also fully equipped and includes a dishwasher. All kitchen utensils are already available (they are mine, and of course you can use them as long as they are handled with care).

There is a small washing machine in the apartment as well as a larger one in the laundry room in the basement. The apartment also has a storage cellar.
