TEMPORÄR FÜR DEZEMBER und JANUAR (Februar auch)!
Sehr moderne und komfortable Wohnung, sehr nah am Bahnhof Altstetten verfügbar! Alles, was man braucht, ist dabei – eine Spülmaschine und sogar eine Waschmaschine/Trockner befinden sich in der Wohnung, ebenso wie ALLE Rechnungen (sogar WLAN!)
Bitte besprechen Sie mit mir, ob Sie eventuell früher einziehen möchten (2. Hälfte November), und die Miete wird für die Aufenthaltsdauer im November anteilig berechnet.
Ich ziehe in mein eigenes Studio und nehme deshalb die meisten Möbel aus meinem Zimmer mit. Das bedeutet, dass wir besprechen können, welche Möbel Sie während Ihres Aufenthalts im Zimmer haben möchten! Die Möbel in den Gemeinschaftsbereichen bleiben selbstverständlich.
Es gibt nur zwei weitere Mitbewohner in dieser sehr großen und geräumigen Wohnung.

Please discuss with me whether you would like to move in earlier (2nd half of Nov) or not, and the rent will be pro-rated to the duration of stay in November.
I am moving to my own studio, and thus I will be taking most of the furniture in my room with me. This means that we can discuss what furniture you want in the room for your stay! The furniture in the common areas will of course remain.
There are only two other flatmates in this very big and spacious flat.
