Around 11-13 m2, it has very good lighting, already furnished. Part of a nice big flat with two bathrooms, one large living room, a spacious dining room, and a separate kitchen. It has a nice big balcony with a view of the Uetliberg. The flat is in a nice quiet neighborhood. There is also an unfurnished room which is the same size if you prefer and have your own furniture.

We are looking for someone ASAP but 1st of January is also super fine, we're quite flexible. Looking for someone who's is kind and nice. Someone who is used to living communally would be a plus. We're three people in our late 20s to early 30s: Daniel (M) and Christian (M) from Germany, Stefano (M) from Italy and we speak English at home.

Our WG vibe is relaxed, easy-going and social — we often end up chatting around the dinner table spontaneously or lounging on the couches, sharing stories and laughs. But there's zero pressure: if life gets busy, everyone just does their thing. Open communication and a good sense of humor are really important to us.

The room is available short-term, as our contract officially ends at the end of May.
