Ich suche per sofort ein Mitbewohner (W/M) / Wochenaufenthalter
Zimmer: 13qm mit Parketboden und grossem Fenster. Dazu kommt noch ein privates Badezimmer (Dusche und WC).

Wohnung: 3.5 Zimmer mit ca 100 qm. 2 Badezimmer, eins mit Badewanne eins mit Dusche und WC. Moderne Küche, Steinboden mit Bodenheizung im Ess- und Wohnbereich. Offener Wohn- und Essbereich mit grossen Fenstern und viel Licht. Gartensitzplatz mit Gasgrill und ein bisschen Wiese. Waschmaschine und Tumbler in der Wohnung. Glasfaser Internet ist inklusive. Die Wohnung ist sehr gut isoliert und hat gute Türen daher hört man einander eigentlich nicht wenn die Zimmertüre geschlossen ist.

Zu mir: 42 Jahre, männlich, 2 Kinder (leben nicht in der Wohnung) Ich bin nur ca. 50% der Zeit in der Wohnung. Ich koche gerne mit einem Glas Wein, habe gerne Musik (nehme natürlich Rücksicht). Bin aktiv und viel an der frischen Luft oder in der Stadt unterwegs. Ich bin ordentlich aber locker drauf und suche jemanden der respektvoll aber ebenfalls locker im Umgang ist.

Room: 13 sq m with parquet flooring and a large window. It also has a private bathroom (shower and toilet).

Apartment: 3.5 rooms, approximately 100 sq m. Two bathrooms, one with a bathtub and one with a shower and toilet. Modern kitchen, stone flooring with underfloor heating in the dining and living area. Open-plan living and dining area with large windows and plenty of light. Patio with a gas grill and a small lawn. Washing machine and dryer in the apartment. Fiber optic internet is included. The apartment is very well insulated and has good doors, so you can't really hear each other when the room doors are closed.

About me: 42 years old, male, two children (who don't live in the apartment). I'm only in the apartment about 50% of the time. I enjoy cooking with a glass of wine and listening to music (I'm considerate, of course). I'm active and spend a lot of time outdoors or out and about in the city.
