From time to time I'll be onsite in the small 3rd room (check post, official work). I am a nice, open, funny, kind, creative.

Clean, trustworthy and respectful person preferred without stress.
I am grateful if anyone who could water the plants on the balcony on the balcony 1-2 times a week, please (you don't see the online photos).
My apartment is artistically creative with style and beautiful plants, open, positive, "Maximist interior design".
Cleanliness and order in the kitchen like bathrooms are important.
Insurance coverage is mandatory (no stress, but some shit can always happen).
No pets allowed.
