I am leaving the room I have been subletting for the past four years in a shared apartment with one flatmate. The room will be available for sublet to a female subtenant starting in August (the exact move-in date is flexible) until November 30, 2025.
Until November 30, you will have a female flatmate (36 years old), who is doing her postdoc in psychology and works part-time as a psychotherapist. She speaks English, German, and Polish. Additionally, from December 2025 onwards, if you are interested, you have the option to become the main tenant and keep the entire apartment long-term, as the flatmate, who is the current main tenant, will be moving out at the end of November.
The room available from August to the end of November is 12 m² and fully furnished with a desk and office chair. The bed, wardrobe, and bookshelf can be purchased for 250 CHF.
The apartment is a 3.5-room flat and includes – in addition to the room for sublet – another bedroom, a spacious living room with access to a small garden, a bathroom, and a kitchen. The kitchen is fully equipped and includes a dishwasher and microwave. There is a washing machine and dryer in the basement, which can be used free of charge.
The flat is 4 minutes on foot from the bus station Neuaffoltern (buses 32, 61, 62), 20 minutes away from ETH Hoenggerberg, 10 minutes by bus to Oerlikon and 5 minutes on foot from the forest (Kaeferberg). The connection with public transportation to the city center is also good (25 minutes from HB).
The rent for the room from August until November 30 is 940 francs per month and includes all expenses.
