Heyhey :) We are looking for a new flatmate for 3 months (May-July), while one of our flatmates is currently in Asia. We’re looking for someone kind, easy going with a good sense of humour. You should enjoy quality WG time and be open for cooking together or fun activities on the weekend. The goal is to create a place that feels like home and family. We would prefer someone who is in our age (27-35).

Room:
The room is about 14 qm with a king bed. Next to the room there is also a little room where you have an additional closet. You share the bathroom with one other person (Rayen) :) The flat has 3 bathrooms, each shared by two people. Every two weeks there is a cleaning person coming for the common spaces but everyone is in charge to keep the place nice and tidy.

The apartment is a 210m2 duplex with a nice terrasse and huge open living room. We have a projector (where we ll often cosy up together to watch a movie, a dining spot in the kitchen area, and plenty of shared board games. It’s a great location with great access to the Sihl river and the forests in and around Uetliberg! For transport and shops, it’s only 5mins walk to Sihlcity with trams 13, 5, 17, and bus 72, as well as 3 mins from Giesshübel which gets you to the HB in 4 mins.

We are a group of 5 people who enjoy spending time together but since we’re all working we respect each others quiet times during the week.

Aymeric (French/Swiss) & Hannah (Austrian) always down to play beach volley ball, go for a skitour or play any other game; Rayen (Chilean-German) finishing up her masters at ETH, loves reggaeton and always up for conversations over wine; Nico (Swiss) our super nice Swiss guy working in his family's business; Marcus (British) our flat DJ who is always looking for someone to go climbing, skiing, or running with.
