We (Karina, 40 & Philipp, 37) are looking for a roommate to share our lovely apartment with :) The apartment is located right by Manesseplatz, where Bus 72 and Bus 76 stops. Train and tram stops Binz, Giesshübel and Sihlcity are 5' walking each.

We are both working full-time and like to spend our leisure oudoors and/or with friends.

We are looking for an uncomplicated and positive human being who appreciates an organized and clean space.

The room will be available from the 01.02.2026, upon discussion also a bit earlier.
