One roomie is leaving our 3-way-WG to pursue new adventures, so we’re looking for someone (preferably female) to take her place in a shared flat in a lovely area of Wiedikon. The room is cozy, bright and fully furnished (bed frame, mattress, desk, chair, nightstand, wardrobe etc. – note: not all furniture shown in the photos is included) and the bathroom and kitchen are shared. Laundry and Tumbler are in the basement of the building and there is also a locked storage room where to put extra stuff and furniture.
Zurich Binz train station is 2 minutes away by foot. Laubegg tram stop is 5 min away by foot. Lidl, Denner and Migros Brunaupark shopping centre all very close by and Sihlcity shopping centre is 850m away. There are also many takeaways nearby if you don’t feel like cooking. If you’re into nature like some of us, the Uetliberg offers amazing hiking opportunities but there are also two nice parks you can go to to just chill on a Sunday.
We (the other two roomies) are two Swiss/Italian young women both working in Zurich. Friendly atmosphere, good company but also enough private space when needed. Languages spoken are English, Italian, German, Swiss German and French.
The room is 790.- a month everything included (internet, heating, electricity etc - except for Serafe which is not included). Deposit is 2000.-
