I am renting an unfurnished room (circa 24 m2 and) in my flat located near Manesseplatz. It is a 120m2 / 4.5 rooms apartment. There is a renovated kitchen with all apparels (stove, microwave, oven, dishwasher) as well as the possibility to wash your clothes in the flat (washing machine, tumble). The flat has a dinner and a living room as well as a large private Dachterasse (photo coming soon). I have a bathroom in own my room on the second floor and there is another large bathroom next to the room. We have both a cellar and a basement for storage.

My name is Nicola, I am 34 and an independent investment analyst in sustainable finance, focusing on water and ocean conservation. I am originally from the French side of Switzerland but I have been living in Zürich for 12 years now. I speak French, English, Italian and German. I enjoy hanging around for a game, a drink or a dinner together although I am often busy in the week with sports. I practice karate regularly and I am passionated by cooking, nature and windsurfing!

I am looking for an independent and mature flatmate, someone who is honest, respectful and acts with integrity. Someone who can also help to keep the flat tidy and clean. I have a preference for a man 30/35 but I am open to talk to everyone! The flat is non-smoking.

The rent is in total 1620 including heating, water and other traditional additional costs. The rent also includes electricity, internet and cleaning services every two weeks.

The flat is well serviced by two local train stations Bahnhnof Binz and Bahnhof Giesshübel who are both 5 minutes walk from the flat and two train stops from Zürich HB. There is a coop at the corner of the road and large commercial centres at Sihlcity and Brunnenpark 10 minutes walk away. Nature is also around the corner with Uetliberg and the upstream Sihl areas, which are great for walks!
