Es wird ein helles, grosses Zimmer (das grösste der Wohnung) mit eigenem, separatem Duschbad vermietet. In der Wohnung befinden sich ausserdem eine Waschmaschine und ein Trockner. Das Zimmer bietet direkten Zugang zum Garten. Die Mitbenutzung aller Gemeinschaftsräume (Wohnzimmer, Küche und Garten) ist inklusive.

Du würdest die Wohnung mit einem berufstätigen Architekt und Künstler (männlich) teilen. Die Atmosphäre in der WG ist ruhig und unkompliziert. Es ist wichtig, dass du ein geregeltes Einkommen hast und sorgfältig mit der Wohnung umgehst. Gesucht wird eine Einzelperson (keine Paare bitte).

Die helle, ca. 120 m² grosse Wohnung liegt im Erdgeschoss und ist auf drei Seiten von einem Garten umgeben. Direkt vor dem Haus befindet sich ein Sportplatz mit Toren und Basketballkörben.

Bushaltestellen in Richtung Fluntern und Stettbach sind direkt vor der Liegenschaft. Die Fahrtzeit zum Zürcher Hauptbahnhof beträgt mit den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln ca. 20 Minuten. Der Flughafen ist ebenfalls in wenigen Minuten mit dem Auto oder ÖV erreichbar.

The room also has direct access to the garden. Shared use of all common areas (living room, kitchen, and garden) is included.

You would share the apartment with a male working architect and artist. The atmosphere in the flat is calm and uncomplicated. It is important that you have a regular income and take good care of the apartment. Looking for a single tenant (no couples please)

The bright apartment is approximately 120 sqm and is located on the ground floor, surrounded by a garden on three sides. Directly in front of the house, there is a sports field with football goals and basketball hoops.

Bus stops towards Fluntern and Stettbach are located directly in front of the property. Travel time to Zurich main station by public transport is approx. 20 minutes. The airport can also be reached within a few minutes by car or public transport.
