The room is quiet, bright, and located on a quiet residential street in the popular ABZ housing complex in Wollishofen.

You will have access to a large kitchen, a living room, a spacious ground-floor terrace, a laundry room, and Wi-Fi. The rooms feature natural wood floors. The apartment has two bathrooms, meaning you will share your bathroom with only one other female roommate.

A Coop supermarket, an Aldi supermarket, a health food store, and the forest are all within a 5-minute walk, and Lake Zurich is about 10 minutes away. The perfect blend of urban convenience and nature.

English Version v Über uns: Wir sind aktuell zu dritt und freuen uns auf dich als vierte Person. Wir sind ein Paar (male66, female35) und eine Mitbewohnerin (female22). Komplettiert wird unsere Runde durch unsere 16-jährige Katze Lampi.

Wir sind eine eher ruhige und untypische WG. Geselligkeit und ein guter Chat in der Küche sind uns genauso wichtig wie die Privatsphäre – wir schätzen es, wenn jeder seinen Rückzugsort hat. Besonders wichtig ist uns eine ehrliche und direkte Kommunikation. Da wir keine festen Pflichtenlisten oder wöchentlichen Meetings haben, leben wir davon, dass wir störende Dinge oder Bedürfnisse zeitnah, offen und in vertrauensvoller Verbindung ansprechen. Ich und meine Partnerin arbeiten als Sexualtherapeuten und geben Seminare/Workshops – ein achtsamer Umgang miteinander ist für uns also selbstverständlich.

About us: We're currently a group of three and would love to welcome you as our fourth. We're a couple (male 66, female 35) and a female roommate (female, 22). Our 16-year-old cat, Lampi, completes our group.

We're a rather quiet and unconventional flatshare. Socializing and a good chat in the kitchen are just as important to us as privacy – we appreciate everyone having their own space. Honest and direct communication is especially important to us. Since we don't have fixed chore lists or weekly meetings, we thrive on addressing any issues or needs promptly, openly, and in a trusting manner. My partner and I work as sex therapists and give seminars/workshops – so respectful interaction is second nature to us.
