We are looking for a neat, English-speaking tenant (student or commuter preferred) to join our quiet and modern household in Zürich-Wollishofen (8038).


The Room

The Apartment
This is an approx. 80sqm modern apartment located in a friendly, family-owned building.

Amenities:
You will have your own bathroom (there are two in the flat). The unit has its own washing machine and tumble dryer (no basement scheduling needed!).

Location:
Ideally situated in Wollishofen. We are close to the lake and very well connected. You can reach the city center in 10 minutes or almost anywhere in Zurich in ~30 mins via Tram 7, the Train line, or Bus 72.

Vibe:
This is a quiet sanctuary, not a party apartment.


The Household (Human & Feline)
You would be sharing with a mid-30s couple (Austrian/Australian). We both work professionally (one of us is also studying part-time). We love techno, boxing, the gym, and gaming, but at home, we value our safe space and quiet time. We are polite and independent but open to sharing a glass of wine or a meal occasionally.
We speak English at home (German is spoken, but English is preferred).

Must Love Cats!
You will be living with
Toulouse and Frou Frou
, our two farm rescue cats.

Toulouse:
A cuddle monster who is scared of everything except snuggles.

Frou Frou:
Also a cuddle monster, but curious as hell.
* _Note: These are indoor cats, so you must be comfortable keeping them safe inside._


You
: We are looking for someone who:

* Is open-minded and speaks English.
* A non smoker
* Actively participates in keeping a clean environment.
* Someone keen on a movie night on the couch.
* Is a commuter or student looking for a calm place to stay.


Financials

Rent:
CHF 1,000 net + CHF 100 utilities (electricity, water, internet).
Total: CHF 1,100 / month.

Deposit:
3 months’ rent (held in a formal Swiss rental deposit account).
