We have a room available in our spacious, bright and modern apartment located close to the beautiful Lake Zürich. As one of the three current flatmates is moving out, we’re seeking a friendly and responsible new flatmate to share this beautiful space with.

Our flat is conveniently situated just a 10-minute walk away from the lake. The tram stop Wollishoferplatz is only a quick 2-minute walk away, and you’ll find Coop and Aldi store within a short 5-minute walk.


Apartment and room details:
The apartment has 3 bedrooms, living room, well-equipped and modern kitchen, 2 bathrooms, storage room and a large balcony. There is an additional storage unit in the basement and the building has an elevator. The available room is 14 sqm, furnished (possibily to take over the room furniture from previous flatmate).


Your Flatmates:
You’ll be sharing this flat with two young professionals, Camilla and Riccardo. Camilla (26 y.o) works in Consulting, and Riccardo (27 y.o) works in Asset Management. We enjoy the occasional shared meals and gatherings, creating a warm atmosphere where everyone feels at home. We are eager to welcome someone who is tidy, responsible, social, similar age (25-30y.o), and that intends to stay for a medium-long period of time.
