The subtenant must meet JUWO requirements (under 28 years old, under 30000 CHF/year income, currently a student). 20 minutes from city center and 25 minutes from ETH/UZH zentrum.
The rent is 600 CHF/month all included. The appartement is fully furnished and got a big living room, an equipped kitched and a balkony.
