I am sub renting my room for 3.5 months from 15.12.24 to 31.03.25.

As follows some information:
- cleaning is organised every 3-4 weeks
- coop / migro / Aldi -> 5min walking distance
- 3-5min walking distance from the lake
- 3min walking distance from Bahnhof wollishofen (means 12min to HB as well as to Paradeplatz)
- sporty flatmate
- furniture will stay during the 3.5 months
- washing machine and dryer shared with 2 other flats
- giving some details to you as a person will increase the chance of getting the room as we want someone who fit personally
