We are renting out a room in our charming 3.5-room apartment, situated in a quiet yet central location near the Limmat. The room is available earliest from 20.12.204 but must be taken over latest from 01.01.2025.

After over 3 years, Patrice is moving out of the shared apartment and we are looking for a new flatmate. You will be sharing the apartment with Aurelie (26) until the end of April. After that, Mariano (32) & Selin (30) will be your flatmates - the two are currently traveling through South America for 6 months and are subleting their room to Aurelie. Aurelie speaks German, French & English. Selin & Mariano speak (Swiss) German, Spanish & English.

Life in the shared flat is relaxed: We occasionally do activities together and eat together. We respect the personal freedom of each individual. We are looking for a new roommate who is open, communicative and clean. Who enjoys doing things with the others from time to time and takes over the shared tasks of the apartment.

The apartment is in an ideal location: on warm late summer days you can even swim home from the main station (HB). The main station, Langstrasse, fitness studios, cafés and bars are in the immediate vicinity. Nevertheless, the apartment is in a quiet location and offers a view of a beautiful green courtyard.
