A beautiful 13 m² room will be free in my modern 2-person flatshare. The apartment is in a beautiful location in Wipkingen, well connected, closeby to nice bars and cafes, in a very quite street and just 100 meters from the river, which is great for walking or running.
The flat is fully furnished, while your room, will be entirely unfurnished. There is no elevator and a space in the basement.

About me:
I’m 30, originally from Italy, but I have been living in Zürich for the past 8 years. I am an environmental engineer and currently working for a chocolate company. I’ve always lived in shared flats and I really enjoy the shared living experience. I’m extroverted, I enjoy social interactions, and have an active lifestyle: I like to run, swim, ski, and others.

About the shared living:
For me, a WG is not just about sharing space but about creating a respectful, and social home. Since it will be just the two of us, communication is key! I’d love to live with someone who, has a similar view and lifestyle, also enjoys chats over dinner, a spontaneous glass of wine, or maybe even a sport activity together. At the same time, I value keeping the place tidy, clean and respecting quieter moments, and respecting personal boundaries.
