Your room
is in the second floor of our villa with window to the garden and you will share a bathroom with 3 other people. We have a spacious kitchen and living room including a dishwasher. In the basement, there is a washing machine and dryer. We also have a garden, where we attempt to grow vegetables and a balcony.
Once per week, a cleaning lady cleans the shared rooms, for which we share the costs and include them in the rent.


We are looking
for a preferably male (gender balance..) person around 25-30, who shares our idea of creating a home in our house. We regularly spend the evenings together in our living room, go for a quick drink in a bar around the corner or take a coffee and swim together in the mornings. We are searching for someone, who is actively contributing to this. (Yes, we also respect privacy and personal space.)


We are
the Rötevillains - namely: Francesco, Indira, Nathanael, Savannah and Sophie. Our interests in no particular oder include dancing, cooking, soccer, painting, Letten, DIY projects, gardening, sailing, biking, hiking, Saxophone, reading (bonus if you have read Intermezzo),...
